HOW DID THIS ALL COME ABOUT?

Inspired to make a difference in the world, after graduating college at 22, Jay went to live as a monk across India and Europe. He traded his suits for robes, shaved his head, and lived out of a gym locker for three years. Waking up at 4 a.m., taking cold showers, and eating simply was his daily routine. Jay meditated for up to eight hours a day and experimented with various water and food fasts to train his mind. 

Often practising meditation in extreme hot and cold environments, he learnt ancient practices of breath and mind control. He studied the timeless philosophies and sciences of the east in great depth, focusing on seeing connections and messages for the modern world.

He spent half of every day on personal growth through personal and collective meditation and through study and reflection. The rest of his days were dedicated to helping others through teaching and philanthropy. For three years, Jay helped build sustainable villages, worked on food programs distributing over one million meals per day, and coached millennials across the world about consciousness, wellbeing, and success.

His experiences as a monk set the basis and tone for his uniquely personalized coaching approach rooted in the ability to be present, listen deeply, and empathize with people in pain while maintaining deep focus and being able to see what is hidden and hear what is unsaid.
